2024 has been an incredible year of growth for Orochi! We’ve delivered outstanding results across our products, forged strong partnerships, and fostered a thriving Orochians community culture.

Product Updates
This year, we launched zkDatabase for enterprises - a big step as it’s no longer just for the Web3 space but now supports traditional businesses. With provable data becoming essential, we’re setting our sights on providing provable data for the entire internet.
Our zkMemory is completed - now ready to use, providing a strong foundation for building secure and efficient Zero-Knowledge Virtual Machines (zkVMs). Heading into 2025, we’re excited to focus on bringing this product to more clients and showcasing its potential.
Orand and Orocle, our two core offerings, have now been integrated with over 40 chains and supports across 120+ dApps. These integrations span major sectors like gaming, DeFi, and AI, allowing us to significantly expand our client base and impact in Web3.
So what’s ahead for 2025? It would be the testnet launch of zkDA Layer - one of our most anticipated products that we’ve been focusing on. This launch will serve as the foundation for its next phase of development, and once it’s complete, our partners will be the first to experience its benefits.
Research and Development
Early this year - on 26th Feb, we introduced RAMenPaSTA - Parallelizable Scalable Transparent Arguments of Knowledge for RAM Programs, focusing on improving Incremental Verifiable Computation (IVC) schemes by addressing critical limitations in their efficiency and security.
We also have other significant research in the field:

Orand [A fast, publicly verifiable, scalable decentralized random number generator for blockchain-based applications].

libecvrf [A Rust crate from Orochi’s Orand]: This is an EVM-friendly ECVRF (curve secp256k1, hash function keccak256). We’ve gained 3,104 downloads for this library within 2024.

New VRF Verifier release on RISC Zero: This is the publication of the Orochi Network's first and only ECVRF project on RISC Zero. This groundbreaking initiative focuses on wrapping the ECVRF verifier with Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP).

ERC-6366 [Permission Token]: ERC-6366 proposes a solution for the complex management of permissions in smart contracts, cross-interactivity between many ecosystems will be made simpler.

ERC-6617 [Bit Based Permission]: This is an Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP), offering a standard for building a bit-based permission and role system.

Orochi Network's Cookbook (latest updated): Cryptography technical report used as a reference for the Orochi Network.
Partnerships
A major highlight of 2024 has been our partnerships. Orochi has grown and gained support across Web3, and a big part of that is thanks to our amazing partners. They've worked with us beyond social media, helping to improve our ecosystems through tech collaborations, community efforts, joint campaigns, and AMAs to share knowledge.
We’ve established key strategic partnerships with industry leaders like the Mina Foundation, 0G Labs, Aligned, and Nexus Labs. These pioneers in their respective fields are instrumental to our growth, and with their support, we’re poised to achieve even greater success than ever before.
It's been fantastic having our partners with us this year, and we're looking forward to doing even more together in 2025, developing great tech, building strong ecosystems, and contributing to a stronger Web3 space.
Social Campaigns
To build such a vibrant community, we launched several exciting social campaigns throughout 2024.
1. Chunin Program
Early in the year, we kicked off the Chunin Program, which recognized and rewarded those who dedicated themselves to honing their skills and fostering the community spirit from the ground up.
2. Contribute to Earn SS1
Later, we introduced Contribute to Earn SS1, a dynamic and interactive platform designed to engage users through challenges. These quests allowed participants to showcase their commitment while earning X-ORO Beta tokens, NFTs, and exclusive benefits.
3. Orochi Scholarship
As Devcon heated up and took place in Southeast Asia for the first time, we launched the Orochi Scholarship - Research and Build with Orochi Network. This initiative provided resources and support to empower builders and researchers to create groundbreaking solutions.
4. Ambassador Program
With the community eagerly anticipating what’s next, we introduced the Ambassador Program, promoting individuals who contribute to Orochi as ambassadors.

7. Orochi x Bybit Web3 Airdrop
In collaboration with Bybit, we rolled out the Airdrop Orochi x Bybit Web3, distributing the first wave of ON, our governance token.
